Cancellations & Refunds
Orders that are placed can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care in time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, we will refund the full amount back into your account. It may take 8-9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Replacement
We only provide replacement if the products are damaged during shipping or any other genuine case (final decision will be taken by us), Please reach out to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery. If the products are used, we do not offer a replacement.
